Short Biography

Clarence 13X Smith was investigated by the FBI in connection with his activities as the leader of the "Five Percenters." This group was stated to be a loosely knit Harlem street gang which was responsible for numerous assaults and muggings. Smith was the victim of a fatal shooting in 1969.
